Food & Beverage - Baker (16) — Bakers are responsible for prep work, baking, and finishing of pastry / baked goods. Prefer a minimum of one year’s experience, but it is not required. Must be available to work early morning shifts.

Food & Beverage - Beverage Steward (19) — Responsible for age verification of guests, providing excellent guest service, full knowledge of drink menus and maintaining beverage equipment. Server Intoxication Prevention (SIPS) training certification provided. Beverage Stewards will operate and will be fully accountable for a cash register (POS).

Food & Beverage - Busser/Dishwasher - Under 16 (14) — Bussers & Dishwashers are responsible for keeping dining area of venue clean, washing dishes, and restocking lobby while demonstrating positive interactions with guests.

Food & Beverage - Cabana Attendant (19) — Responsible for full guest service and maintaining cleanliness of the Boulder Beach Waterpark private cabanas. Assists Guests by answering questions, taking food & beverage orders, and insuring the privacy of our cabana Guests. Responsible for age verification of guests for alcohol service - Server Intoxication Prevention (SIPS) training certification provided.

Food & Beverage - Cashier (16) — Cashiers are responsible for taking orders, gathering items purchased, operating and fully accountable for a register (POS), and demonstrating positive interactions with guests. May work in multiple buildings throughout the park.

Food & Beverage - Cashier - Under 16 (14) — Cashiers are responsible for taking orders, gathering items purchased, operating and fully accountable for a register (POS), and demonstrating positive interactions with guests. May work in multiple buildings throughout the park.

Food & Beverage - Cook (16) — Cooks are responsible for the preparation, presentation, and upholding high quality standard of all food items served. Responsible for keeping work areas clean, sanitary, and presentable. May work in multiple buildings throughout the park.

Food & Beverage - Intro Cook (14) — Intro cook position is accountable for preparing a variety of dishes using different cooking methods and ensuring the efficient and safe operations of kitchen equipment until the minimum age requirement of 16 is met.

Food & Beverage - Leadership (16) — Leadership will train, lead, and develop cast members of various positions. Must understand, practice, and uphold quality and cleanliness standards. TBD a minimum of one year of food handling and fast-paced service experience. A positive and courteous attitude is always expected. Options for Leadership includes: Lead (16+), Supervisor (16+).

Lindy`s Restaurant Bartender (19) — At Lindy’s restaurant, a bartender is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers, ensuring proper age verification, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, managing inventory, and providing excellent customer service by interacting with patrons in a friendly and attentive manner; often including knowledge of mixology and drink recipes. Bartenders must exemplify excellent multitasking skills, thrive in a fast pace, high stress environment and work well under pressure.

Lindy`s Restaurant Busser/Dishwasher (16) — At Lindy’s Restaurant, a busser/dishwasher is responsible for keeping the dining room clean and presentable, supporting the waitstaff by cleaning and resetting tables for service, and assisting waitstaff to provide guests with the best possible dining experience. Also, for keeping the dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment cleaned, sanitized, stocked, and ready for use. This involves running various dishwashing systems as well as handling glassware, plate ware and cooking utensils.

Lindy`s Restaurant Expeditor (14) — At Lindy’s Restaurant, the expeditor`s responsibility is to ensure that communication flows from the waitstaff to the kitchen, orders are prepared correctly and delivered to guests on time, and quality and consistency is checked before delivering finished product to our guests. This position includes training, leading and developing cast members in various positions. Must understand, practice and uphold standards and policies set forth by Silverwood and Lindy’s Management. Requires a minimum of one year of restaurant experience and food handling in a fast-paced environment. Options for Leadership includes: Back of house - Lead (16+), Supervisor (18+) Front of House – Lead (19+), Supervisor (19+)

Lindy`s Restaurant Server (19) — At Lindy’s Restaurant, a server is a charming and helpful point of contact for guests in high-volume food service location, taking orders and delivering food and drinks to guests. Servers are innovative and fast-acting problem solvers with passion for going above and beyond to resolve any questions, issues, or concerns to ensure a great guest experience. Servers must exemplify excellent multitasking skills, thrive in a fast paced, high-stress environment and work well under pressure.

Pavilion Busser/Cashier (16) — Responsible for taking orders and gathering items requested on food orders in a complete and timely matter. Operates and is fully accountable for a register and demonstrating positive interactions with guests. May also assist with busing tables and dishes.
