Dispatch Officer (21) — The Dispatch Officer is the Main communications for the park. They are responsible for taking calls and relaying the information to the appropriate personnel over the radio and multi line phone. This includes all emergency calls, call transfers and gate count announcements. In some cases the Dispatch Officer is required to contact local law enforcement and communicate and coordinate with their personnel. This can be a fast paced position with a lot of multi tasking.

Front Gate Attendant (14) — Responsible for selling and taking tickets for admission to the park. Operates and is fully accountable for a cash register, making change, and displaying positive interactions with guests.

Lifeguard (15) — Responsible for the water safety of park guests by preventing and responding to emergencies. Directly responsible for the enforcement of aquatic rules, regulations, and procedures. Ellis & Associates training and licensing done through Silverwood Theme Park.

Parking Lot Attendant (14) — Ensures the smooth operation of the parking lot, watch for safety issues. Operates and is fully accountable for a cash register, making change, and displaying positive interactions with guests.

Ride Operator (16) — Responsible for operating Silverwood Theme Park's amusement attractions, roller coasters, and water rides. The Operator will learn to operate all assigned rides in a safe, efficient, and friendly manner. They must be able to provide excellent guest service, and their appearance and attitude must reflect positively upon Silverwood Theme Park.

RV Park Office (16) — Operates and is fully accountable for a cash register, making change, and displaying positive interactions with guests. Responsible for stocking shelves, and RV Park Office. Ensures reservations are accurately processed.

Security (20) — Performs investigations and monitors cashiers on camera.

Train Engineer (18) — Responsible for the operation of the steam powered Engine #7. The train makes its 3.1 mile run through the forests surrounding Silverwood Theme Park. This is a highly specialized position that requires a lot of hands-on training and constant efforts for safety.

Train Platform (16) — Responsible for guest safety on and around the train depot and track crossing gates. Must be able to be assertive yet friendly and move quickly and efficiently.

Warehouse Controller (18) — Take and process venue orders. Computer input.

Warehouse Picker/Runner (16) — Delivers product to all parts of the Park!
