Dispatch Officer (18) — As a member of the Security Departments, the Dispatch Officer is the main internal communications for the park. This positions is responsible for taking calls and relaying the information to the appropriate personnel over the radio and multi line phone. This includes all emergency calls, call transfers and gate count announcements. In some cases the Dispatch Officer is required to contact local law enforcement and communicate and coordinate with their personnel. This can be a fast paced position with a lot of multi tasking.

First Aid (18) — Responsible for responding to all first aid calls. Will provide necessary first aid treatment as permitted by law. Must have good organizational and communication skills.

Front Gate Attendant (14) — Responsible for selling and taking tickets for admission to the park. Operates and is fully accountable for a cash register, making change, and displaying positive interactions with guests. Front gate attendants may also work in the parking lot.

Guest Relations (18) — Responsibilities include performing daily bag checks, assist in location of lost guests within the park, Operate train crossing gates Pick up and Lost and Found items Offer advice and recommendations Answer questions and inform Guests Assist with special events Reports and works directly with the Security department. A backgraound check may be required for this position.

Lifeguard (16) — Responsible for the water safety of park guests by preventing and responding to emergencies. Directly responsible for the enforcement of aquatic rules, regulations, and procedures. Lifeguards will be outdoors in the elements and may need to stand for long periods of time. Ellis & Associates training and licensing done through Silverwood Theme Park.

Ride Operator (16) — Ride operators are energetic, detail-oriented people who enjoy the challenge of moving crowds in a safe and efficient manner. Duties include enforcing safety rules and assisting our Guests on and off the rides. Requirements include quick thinking, the ability to listen and watch riders and rides, and standing and walking all day, including being outside in all types of weather.

RV Park Office (16) — Responsible for meeting and greeting the Guests of the RV Park. Ensures reservations are accurately processed. Operates and is fully accountable for a cash register, making change, and displaying positive interactions with guests.

Security Officer (20) — Uniformed Security, Bike Patrol, Loss Prevention Responsible for Guest and Employee Safety. Basic First Aid, Protection of Silverwood property,assets,and other additional assignments. A backgraound check will be required for this position.

Train Engineer (18) — Responsible for the operation of the steam powered Engine #7. The train makes its 3.1 mile run through the forests surrounding Silverwood Theme Park. This is a highly specialized position that requires a lot of hands-on training and constant efforts for safety.

Train Platform Attendant (18) — Responsible for guest safety on and around the train depot and track crossing gates. Must be able to be assertive yet friendly and move quickly and efficiently. Must be able to stand for long periods of time in an outdoor setting.

Warehouse Controller (18) — Administration for the warehouse. Control all receiving and replenishment functions tied in with inventory management system. Must have a strong aptitude in computer based operations. Must have good organizational and communication skills. Must be able to sit for long periods of time.

Warehouse Picker/Runner (19) — Responsible for delivering food and non-food items from the warehouse to all areas of the Park. Must have good organizational and communication skills. Ability to lift more than 50 pounds. Valid driver's license required. This position may deliver alcohol, therefore, the minimum age requirement is 19 years or older.

Water Park Locker Attendant (14) — Responsible for assisting guests with access to their lockers as needed in a timely and courteous way. Must be able to stand for long periods of time. All work is outdoors in all types of weather.
