Call Center Operator (18) —
Answers main phone line for Silverwood Theme Park. Answers questions regarding all park information and hours of operation. Routes calls to appropriate departments within the park. Responsible for answering all operator emails. Must have basic computer knowledge. This position reports to the Marketing/Sales Department.
Group Window (18) — Assists groups with admittance to the park. Issues additional tickets and wristbands when needed. Receives payments, issues invoices, and settle accounts. Must have computer experience.
