Cabana Attendant (16) —
Help the Cabana Manager to clean, stock, and maintain the Boulder Beach Waterpark private cabanas. Assists Guests by answering questions, taking food & beverage orders, and provides security for the private cabana area.
Coffee House Barista (16) — Operates the espresso bar in the Victorian Coffee House. If you know what a "decafe grande, half-soy, half-low fat, double-shot, cappuccino, light ice" means then this is the job for you! Concessions Cashier (14) — Responsible for taking orders and gathering items requested on food orders in a complete and timely matter. Operates and is fully accountable for a cash register, making change, and displaying positive interactions with guests. Concessions Cook (16) — Responsible for the preparation, presentation, and quality of all food items served in that concession. Park Bartender (19) — Bartenders in the waterpark, High Moon Saloon, and Casselli's Pizzaria are responsible for proper identification of bar patrons receiving, maintaining slushy machines, and operates and is fully accountable for a cash register, making change, and displaying positive interactions with guests. Picnic Pavilion Cook (18) — Picnic Pavilion Cooks are responsible for the preparation, presentation, and quality of all food items served in the Pavilions. Full knowledge of all menu items. Duties include frying, grilling, and cooking all menu items while maintaining strict quality, safety, and sanitation. Picnic Pavilion Server (16) — Picnic Pavilion Servers assist guests by serving them in a buffet style picnic, assisting the cooks in food transfer, guest service, cleanliness, and stocking. Restaurant Bartender (19) — Responsible for proper identification of bar patrons as well as full knowledge of drink menus. SIPS training certified Operates and is fully accountable for a cash register, making change, and displaying positive interactions with guests. Experience and references required. Restaurant Cook (16) — Responsible for the preparation, presentation, and quality of all food items served in the restaurant. Full knowledge of all menu items. Duties include frying, grilling, and cooking all menu items while maintaining strict quality, safety, and sanitation guidelines. Restaurant Dishwasher (16) — Duties include the cleaning and sanitation of all cook and serving ware and the restocking of said wares. Restaurant Host/Hostess-Busser (14) — Duties include greeting guests, performing exemplary customer service skills, seating guests, cashier, delivering meals to guests, cleaning and resetting tables, and coordinating with servers for the best possible service. Restaurant Server (19) — Performs exemplary customer service skills, works with all other staff to give the best dining experience possible. Duties include but are not limited to: taking and delivery of food and drink orders. References required.
